Once we have received your cancellation, we will refund all payments including the original delivery costs. Additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery option other than our cheapest standard delivery are excluded.
How long does it take?
We will refund you within 14 days at the latest, starting from the day we receive your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them – whichever occurs first.
By what method?
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when purchasing (e.g. back to your card or your PayPal account). There are no charges to you for this.
If the refund has not reached you after this period, please contact support with your order number – we will resolve this promptly.
