You register and activate your device directly on the device itself.
- Turn on the device and connect it to the Wi-Fi.
- Open the registration or activation section in your device's menu.
- Create an account or log in.
- Enter the serial number of your device. You can find it on the back of the device and on the enclosed slip.
- Complete the registration – your device is now activated.
The validity of the included updates depends on your device: for some models, updates are included for 24 months, for others, for a lifetime.
If the activation fails, check your internet connection and the correct entry of the serial number. If it still does not work, contact support with your serial number and order number.
