As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods.
For contracts concerning the regular delivery of goods (e.g. subscriptions), the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the first delivery.
How to Withdraw
Inform us of your decision with a clear statement – for example by email to support@launch-shop.com or by letter. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the 30 days expire.
Important to Know
- We cover the cost of return shipping. Please do not send the goods back postage due – we will clarify the exact procedure with you as soon as you register your return.
- Please return the goods preferably in the original packaging with all accessories and avoid damage.
- You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition (i.e. beyond what you would do in a shop).
When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
- For goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised to your personal needs.
- For software, audio or video recordings in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
