Would you like to return an item? Here’s how:
- Register your return with Support – either by email at launch-shop@launch-europe.de or by phone – and provide your order number.
- We will confirm the return and provide you with the return address. We cover the return shipping costs; we will coordinate the exact process with you.
- Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging and with all accessories, and include the delivery note.
- Hand the package over to the shipping carrier. Please do not send it postage due.

Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt. Please note that unsealed software and customised items are excluded from withdrawal.
