Regular updates keep your diagnostic device up to date and expand vehicle coverage. You install updates directly on the device.
Installing an Update
- Connect the device to a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Open the update section in your device's menu.
- Select "Check for updates".
- Download and install the available updates. Do not disconnect the device from power during the process.
The process may take a few minutes depending on the size. A valid update licence or an active update subscription is required.
Extending Licence / Update Subscription
Depending on the device, you can purchase the extension directly on the device (via the integrated shop) or in our online shop. Which option applies to your model and how long updates are included depends on the device – if you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you.
